1 · What Meridian is
Meridian is playback software for your own media. It supplies no media, hosts nothing, indexes nothing, and does not recommend, resell or link to any source of content. Everything it plays comes from an address or account you supply.
2 · Your sources
You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for holding the rights to access them. You agree not to use Meridian to access anything you are not entitled to. We cannot advise on whether a given source is lawful for you to use.
3 · Licence
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control. You may not resell it, bundle it with media, or redistribute modified builds.
4 · Acceptable use
Do not use the pairing service to attack, scan or overload third-party systems, and do not attempt to interfere with other users' pairing sessions.
5 · No warranty
The app and the pairing service are provided as-is. Third-party servers and playlists change or fail outside our control, and we do not guarantee that any source will work.
6 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7 · Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept them.
